Download fimrares and extract it
Must usb debugging mode on. from here --> go to setting --> Developers Option and tick the usb debugging
Turn off your mobile and open in bootloader mode. via press and hold power button + Volume down button till you see same text on screen

Now Open the folder where you have to extracted Firmware files and open command there. via Hold Shift Key and Right Click anywhere in the folder then Click Open Command Prompt Here
If your Firmware File has tar.gz extension,
then type below givn command
flashall.bat /eu
Wait for the Firmware files to be flashed on your device then it will boot
automatically
Now if your Firmware files have xml.zip extension extract and flash via fastboot

Moto X Flashing via RSD Lite
Download RSD Lite
extract the downloaded firmware and find a file with .XML extension. Right click on this file nd select Open with.and then open it using Notepad or any XML editor. Now find the below given string and delete it.

Save the changes

Run Rsd lite there select the firmware
Press start
